4- Hour Venue Rental

  Enjoy access to the main floor event space for up to 4 hours. This rental includes venue space only (tables and chairs not included). Ideal for weddings, receptions, and business events. A holding fee of $200 is required to reserve your event date. A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all event rentals. This deposit covers any damages or excessive cleaning needed after the event. The deposit will be refunded in full if the venue is left in its original condition and cleaned after the event.
