REFUND POLICIES

 

The Pearl Event Center does not accept returns. 

If bookings need to be canceled it must be canceled 14 days prior to the event day.

 

 Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!

 

 The Pearl Event Center is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 

 

Security Deposit Policy

A refundable security deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit will be returned in full after the event, provided that:

• The venue is left in the same condition it was in before the event,
• No damages are found, and
• All rental terms and rules have been followed.

Any necessary repairs, replacements, or cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit.
